History in the making "Pretty N Ink Image Enhancement Clinical Skin Health RX", began providing clinical skin care and cosmetic tattooing services 22 years ago, with a passion and goal to serve, educate, provide quality care, and expertise in all aspects of clinical skin care, and artistically applied cosmetic tattooing!
No coincidence! As a teen, Alicia was intrigued with the medical, beauty, and the technology field. She pursued beauty school early on, and from that moment she found her passion and was able to express her creative side in many ways. Her main goal merging "health care, science, beauty, art, and technology" synergistically.
With an entrepreneurship mindset, and passion to provide the very best as a professional in the industry, she spent the next several years mastering her craft and continued on a very unique educational path taking the opportunity to learn more by immersing herself in a twist of advanced education. She is a graduate from Central Washington University and holds a 4 year Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technology and Bussiness Administration, which compliments Pretty N Ink Image Enhancement♡She is also a
WA State Licensed Instructor: Master Esthetic/Cosmo Educator!
These pathways have provided a platform for growth in the forever growing and changing industry. Alicia became licensed in 2000 and obtained four separate Washington State licenses in: Permanent Cosmetics, Master Esthetics, Cosmetology, and as a Master Educator/Instructor. In 2001, she began her journey at Yakima Valley Community College graduating and obtaining two seperate Associates of Applied Science Degree's in the medical field as a surgical technologist and medical assistant. She also passed a rigorous national test through the American Medical Technologist association and earned her RMA certification.
Post graduation, she worked in the dermatology field for 10 + years helping build one of Tri-cities first medical aesthetics spas were she specialized in medical esthetics and laser technology and provided clinical care to patients. She also worked in other specialty medical spas, and medical specialty clinics throughout the years, gaining valuable knowledge in the medical aesthetic industry.
Alicia spent 14 years working along side two prestigious board certified plastic and reconstruction surgeons; Dr. Christopher Hauge and Dr. James Hoyt, were she provided specialty medical micropigmentation and cosmetic tattooing services for breast cancer patients. She also worked as registered surgical technologist, certified laser tech, and C-RMA clinical assistant, assisting with surgical procedures, medical tattooing, and patient care.
She became a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialist in 2007 and has participated in numerous medical skin care meetings throughout the United States, obtaining many advanced skin care, and laser certifications throughout the years. She recently received her "Life Time Award" certification as an NCEA skin care specialist!
As part of the prestigious Society of Pastic Surgilcal Skin Care Specialist. Alicia has had the opportunity to serve as a mentor, speaker, board member, and has served on several committees through out the years as an SPSSCS member.
Alicia has dedicated her time to many nonprofit organizations, and has volunteered for the Phoenix Society for burn survivors, Camp Eyabust, Look Good Feel Better, and many other organizations on a philanthropic level. Alicia, has been mentored and trained by the best industry leaders. She continues to participate and attend many training's for advanced skin care education, cosmetic tattooing techniques, and product knowledge. She believes education is key!
